Usage

1.

Disinfectant between the palms incl. Rub into wrists.

2.

Pass right palm over the back of the left hand and vice versa.

3.

With fingers spread apart and interlocked, rub palms against each other.

Place outside of fingers interlocked on opposite palm.

Circular rubbing of the right thumb in the closed left palm and vice versa.

6.

Circular movements with closed fingertips of the right hand on the left palm and vice versa.
