Payment and shipping terms
Of course, we will make sure that you receive your order as soon as possible. Our logistics give everything to provide you with our caring, fragrant products.
Orders received before 14:00 (CET) on weekdays will be shipped the same day. Orders that reach us on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed directly on the following working day.
Within Switzerland: 1 business day
Within EU: 2-3 business days

Our shipping service provider will make sure that our package will reach you on time. Should there still be any delays, we apologize. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery time due to an event beyond our control, please contact us for a status update on your shipment.
If an item is lost or arrives damaged, please notify our customer service department so we can take care of it.
CH: Shipping is free from a total amount of CHF 50. Below a total amount of CHF 50 we charge you CHF 7.50 per package.
DE: From a total amount of 25 euros, shipping is free. Below a total amount of 25 Euro we charge you 2.95 Euro per package.
To make the ordering process as easy as possible for you, we offer several payment options.
Order by website: Credit card; Paypal
Order by phone: invoice (company), prepayment (private)
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link for your package.
Taxes and duties
Information for the rest of the world countries: All orders shipped outside Switzerland or the EU will be shipped on DDU (delivered duty unpaid) basis. In some countries, additional local import fees and/or customs duties are charged. Please note that the prices displayed in our online store are exclusive of all import duties, taxes and charges levied in the recipient country.
Payment of these fees on your part is necessary to clear your order from customs upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any information about the amount of these fees, as they vary.

If the package is damaged upon delivery, please open the package in the presence of the carrier to check the condition of the goods. In case of damage to the goods, you should note the information on the delivery bill and contact customer service by mail – info@wiesen-berg.
