9. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

However, you do not have the right to change your mind regarding products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons once those products have been unsealed after you receive them.

You are responsible, in the event of a return, to return the goods in the original packaging with all labels, protective covers and boxes, in particular the crystal foil covering the box must still be sealed, together with the original invoice.
